What Happens if I Don’t Pay a Toll?

• Missed toll: No fee (only toll facility with no fee)
• First Invoice: $12.50 fee
• Second invoice: $25.00 fee
• Collections: $100.00 fee
• Court: $100, plus court fees and civil penalties set by Virginia law
